Changes to any order are only possible before we start stitching. Please inform us as soon as possible.
We do not take measurements ourselves. You'll have to provide measurements when you check out or send a perfectly stitched sample dress with your fabric when we collect them.

We're sorry to inform you that we currently do not offer delivery outside Pakistan.
We use the Cash on Delivery method. The courier delivery agent will collect cash when you receive your dress.
For the time being, we only use COD (Cash on Delivery). In the near future, we'll offer other payment methods.
You can cancel your order by emailing example@domain.com. If we receive your clothes and cut them for stitching, then it is not possible to cancel the order. Before cutting the clothes, we can return them, but you'll have to pay delivery charges.
